RETURNS & REFUNDS
In-Stock Item Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch; however, cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee is deducted from the refund to cover the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the initial transaction.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the sections below for information on amendments, returns, or exchanges.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Items must remain in their original, unopened packaging.
Please note that products removed from their original packaging or tampered with cannot be returned due to the nature of our items. Additionally, counterfeit products or items swapped with different cards will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@packandplayarena.co.uk for further assistance.
Shipping for Returns
To return an item, please email sales@packandplayarena.co.uk to request the return address.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. These costs, along with the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
For returns exceeding £50 in value, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pack & Play Arena Ltd is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted return shipments.
