Processing & Shipping
At Pack & Play Arena, we work hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.

Orders placed before 4 PM are processed and dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.
For example:

If you choose 1-2 day shipping and place your order after 4 PM, your delivery will arrive within 1-3 days (processing time + shipping time).

If your order is placed before 4 PM, your delivery will likely arrive the next day.
While 99.9% of our orders are dispatched within 1 business day, on rare occasions, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Important: Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delays caused by Royal Mail are outside our control, and we cannot provide reimbursement for missed estimates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If your order has not arrived within 4 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@packandplayarena.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at sales@packandplayarena.co.uk as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis to reach a satisfactory resolution.
